Unlocking sustainable access to capital for women entrepreneurs
Pamoja builds structured pathways from assets to income to creditworthiness, transforming informal businesses into investable enterprises across Uganda.

Women entrepreneurs are excluded from capital
Women entrepreneurs do not lack ambition. They lack structured pathways to capital. Traditional finance asks for proof before lending—collateral, credit history, formal operations. Most women entrepreneurs cannot provide that proof.
The financing gap is not a demand problem. It is a systems design problem. Pamoja builds the ecosystem that turns informal businesses into investable enterprises through our pathway: Assets → Income → Data → Creditworthiness → Capital.
Our Three Strategic Pillars
Structured, scalable pathways to finance
Two flagship multi-year programs reduce perceived lending risk by creating verifiable data and organized portfolios.

Women Financial Inclusion & Productive Assets Initiative
We finance productivity first. Providing solar/hybrid energy systems, sector equipment, and digital tracking to create verifiable financial footprints.
Key Activities

Investor Matchmaking & Capital Brokerage Platform
We aggregate and structure women-led SMEs into investable portfolios, connecting them with impact investors and blended finance opportunities.
