Section 03

How Your Data Is Stored

Form submissions are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS connections. Upon submission, your data is:

  • Delivered by email to our internal team at info@pamojaresource.org using Resend, a secure transactional email service.
  • Processed on servers hosted by Supabase, which operates on enterprise-grade infrastructure with industry-standard security controls.
  • Not stored in a publicly accessible database — form data is routed directly to our team's inbox for manual review.

Our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Resend) maintain their own security certifications and data protection policies. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies for further detail.

Section 04

How We Protect Your Data

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Our protections include:

  • All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.

  • We do not store payment or banking information on our servers.
  • Our hosting infrastructure applies regular security patches and monitoring.
  • We periodically review our data handling practices to ensure they remain appropriate.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your information.

Section 05

Sharing of Information

Pamoja Resource Mobilisation Forum does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers (Supabase, Resend) strictly for the purpose of delivering your submission to our team.
  • With potential partners, investors, or programme facilitators — but only with your explicit prior consent.
  • When required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Section 06

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@pamojaresource.org.
